Top Lords Screenshot Import Guide

Use readable screenshots taken in Top Lords. Keep the relevant names, values and screen heading visible. Screenshot reading uses Gemini and is available on active plans when the service is configured.

1. Choose the destination

1. Open your alliance's Import page.
2. Choose Screenshot type: roster, Lord power, kills, hero power, daily VS, weekly VS, donations or event results.
3. For event results, create the event and run first, then select Target event and Target run.

Use the correct game tab. A daily VS score cannot supply the separate Weekly Rankings total.

2. Add and read screenshots

Paste, drop or choose images from the photo picker. Add up to five PNG, JPEG or WebP images, each at most 8 MB, then select Read screenshots. If the page says screenshot reading is unavailable, use its CSV import links.

On a supported phone, sharing a screenshot to the installed app opens the import path. The phone setup guide covers installation and sharing.

3. Review dates and every row

1. Check Observation date (UTC) against when the screen was recorded.
2. For weekly data, choose Recorded week (Monday). For daily VS, also choose VS day.
3. In Review readings, inspect All rows, match each Lord to an existing roster identity and check the number against the image.
4. Correct a reading or skip a row you cannot verify. Resolve every row before applying.

Aliases help match names; a similar name is not proof of identity. Where the UI permits creating a missing Lord, first check the roster for that Lord. Event imports require existing Lords. For donations, explicitly confirm that the values are reviewed final weekly totals, rather than live counters.

4. Apply and check the tracker

Select Apply reviewed rows, then open the destination tracker and check its period and recorded values. Import history shows the batch and who applied it. You can Resume review or Discard a pending batch.

Officers can inspect the action in Activity log. Supported imports offer undo within 24 hours only when later changes have not made it unsafe. The screenshot import feature page describes the supported screens.
