Top Lords Officer and Member Access
Invite managers, create member join links and verify which Lord belongs to each signed-in member.
Website access and game R1–R5 ranks are separate. Give officers only the website role they need, and verify a member's Lord before enabling personal submissions.
1. Invite an officer
The owner opens Officers for alliance roles, or Workspace settings → Manage workspace managers for kingdom managers. Enter the invited email and select the appropriate role and alliance scope.
The invited person signs in with the same account email and accepts the invitation. Invitations expire and can be revoked. A kingdom manager works across active managed alliances; an alliance manager works within their assigned alliance. Billing and ownership stay with the owner.
2. Create a member join link
Under Officers, create a reusable join link for read-only members. Set an expiry if needed and copy the full link when shown. Share it with the people you want to join; revoke it when you no longer want it used.
A join link gives website membership. It does not prove that a signed-in person owns a particular game Lord, and it does not grant manager authority.
3. Link the intended Lord
Create a Lord login link for the intended active roster member and send it privately to that member. The link is single-use. Replacing it revokes previous unused links for the same Lord.
The member signs in and consumes the link. This joins the alliance and creates a pending Lord claim. They can also request the appropriate Lord through the member flow where offered.
4. Verify the claim
Review pending claims under Officers. Confirm the person's game identity using evidence you trust outside a mere matching display name. Accept the claim only when you are satisfied it belongs to that person; reject an incorrect claim.
A verified link enables personal actions through My Lord, including their own absences and hero-power uploads. It does not give access to another Lord's submissions.
5. Maintain access
Review website assignments when officers or members leave. Revoke unused invitations and links. Removing an alliance assignment also removes that person's character link. Keep invitations and Lord login links private.
