Top Lords Performance Targets and Grades

Set VS and donation expectations, choose weights and understand why a Lord is graded or left ungraded.

Performance uses recorded VS and confirmed weekly donations. A grade is an assessment against your alliance's policy, not a replacement for checking the source evidence.

1. Configure the policy

  1. Open alliance Settings → Performance.
  2. Choose daily or weekly evaluation and the enabled VS and donation metrics.
  3. Set targets, the met and partial thresholds, contribution weights and the absence rule.
  4. Save the policy and return to Performance.

Daily VS targets can also come from saved VS week rules and day overrides. Review VS settings and Week details when a day's requirement differs from the default.

2. Review personal expectations

Use the member target controls when a Lord needs a personal VS or donation target. A blank personal target inherits the applicable alliance target. An explicit zero disables that personal requirement; it does not record a zero score.

Make absence records and membership dates accurate before interpreting results. A Lord present for only part of a week is not treated as a full-week failure.

3. Check the recorded evidence

Open VS and Donations for the selected period. Daily VS, exact Weekly Rankings totals and reviewed final weekly donations are separate metrics. A captured donation counter remains a live dated sample until a manager confirms the final weekly total.

Missing scores stay unknown. Fix a known reading through its tracker or a reviewed import; do not fill gaps simply to get a grade.

4. Read the grade and its explanation

  • Met, Partial and Missed compare complete evidence with the configured target and thresholds.
  • In progress means the period is still open.
  • Ungraded can mean missing evidence, incomplete coverage, no target or an ineligible membership period.
  • Excused reflects the configured absence policy.

Inspect each Lord's metric breakdown and source evidence. Weighted standings combine eligible configured metrics; unknown readings are not zero contribution. Lord profiles and VS badges use the same evaluator.

5. Review and share

Use Share summary on Performance to preview the selected week's image. Check the week and coverage before sharing. The standings CSV keeps readable contribution fields for your own analysis.

For source readings, follow VS tracking and data updates.
