Top Lords Data Freshness and Coverage

Tell public rankings, roster captures, reviewed uploads and unknown values apart before using them for decisions.

TopLordStats shows recorded evidence. A timestamp tells you when a value was observed; coverage tells you which Lords or ranked rows were captured.

1. Identify the data source

Public kingdom pages show collected game rankings. Your private alliance can also receive eligible roster reads, manual entries, CSV imports, reviewed screenshots and accepted member submissions.

Public rankings can target any kingdom. Private roster auto-sync requires Pro, Server Bundle or an eligible Pro trial and available collection coverage. Outside S80, private roster reads are supported by the collector but live verification remains incomplete. Check your dashboard's availability status.

2. Read the date and freshness

Look at the observation date and source next to a reading. A recently opened page does not mean the game was just read. Hero-power freshness describes the age of the accepted reading, not a guarantee that the current game value is identical.

If collection is unavailable or a reading is stale, use a reviewed import for supported data. Auto sync explains collection and screenshot import explains manual updates.

3. Check the captured cohort

Rankings show captured ranked rows, not every Lord in the kingdom. Public totals and distributions describe that captured cohort. A partial private roster also does not prove an absent Lord departed.

When using Alliance trends, compare its observed Lord counts between days. A different cohort can change the total independently of individual growth. Check individual profiles when the total moves unexpectedly.

4. Treat unknown as unknown

— means a value has not been recorded or a comparison lacks a usable baseline. It is not zero. Only an explicit zero is a recorded zero.

Missing daily VS does not supply a failed score, and daily scores do not reconstruct Weekly Rankings. Open periods stay in progress; incomplete closed evidence can remain ungraded. Captured donation counters are live samples until a manager confirms a final weekly total.

5. Know what still needs input

VS scores, final weekly donations and event results need manual entry or reviewed imports. Notes, tasks and shield incidents are recorded by your team. Presence is sampled or manually counted; it does not measure continuous playtime or automatically detect a shield failure.

Review sources and gaps before acting on rankings or grades. The server tracker and alliance tracker connect the public and private views.
